Job Description

A leading litigation firm is seeking an experienced E-Billing Manager to co-lead and oversee the firm's electronic billing operations. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of the billing process while supporting attorneys, clients, and internal teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented leader with strong technical expertise in legal billing systems, particularly Elite 3E, to make a meaningful impact within a highly regarded litigation firm.

Key Responsibilities:

· Co-manage the firm's end-to-end electronic billing cycle, ensuring timely and accurate invoice submission

· Review and validate e-bills in accordance with client-specific billing guidelines

· Lead and mentor a team of Client Billing Specialists, providing guidance and support on issue resolution

· Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and improve processes

· Oversee invoice generation, submission, and follow-up to ensure compliance and prompt payment

· Analyze financial and billing data to track trends, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements

· Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure a seamless billing experience

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Elite 3E experience required - strong working knowledge is essential

· Minimum 7+ years of billing experience, preferably within a law firm environment

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

· Demonstrated leadership experience managing or mentoring billing teams

· Strong understanding of legal billing practices and compliance requirements

· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with financial reporting tools

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
